The Victoria’s Secret packageCandice has been one of the Victoria’s Secret Angels for a few years now. One does not ‘just’ become a Victoria’s Secret Angel, not even models; the lingerie behemoth only contracts models that besides a handsome face, have a package of extremely long legs, round buttocks, slim waist and so on. Angels owe that package especially to their genes. That doesn’t mean the Angels don’t have to work on their body on the long-term and shortly before the annually returning Victoria’s Secret fashion show; on the contrary!
The Angels are drilled by trainer Michael Olajide (A former champion boxer) during boxing sessions and boot camp style workouts. And Candice? Candice is into more slow ballet workouts. A ballet workout is effective to strengthening and toning your muscles. Additionally, the movements of a ballet workout assure lean body and will unconsciously make you stand-up straighter.
At home and while travelling
In the above video Candice shows us a piece of her full-body workout with ballet trainer Mary Helen Bowers. You can perfectly perform this workout from your living room on a mat on the floor. Very handy if you can’t sign up at a ballet studio due to your traveling schedule!
