- I am not responsible, nor will be held liable, for anything anyone says on my blog in the blog comments, nor the laws which they may break in the Netherlands or their country through their comments’ content, implication, and intent.
- I will never censor or delete comments based on the political or ideological point of view they espouse. However, I reserve the right to moderate, edit, or delete any comments that are abusive, libelous, off-topic, use excessive foul language, or that are indecent.
- If a commenter posts comments that are abusive, libelous, off-topic, use excessive foul language, or that are indecent, I reserve the right to edit or remove the comments and/or ban the commenter’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.
- If a specific commenter engages in a pattern of abusive, libelous, or off topic comments, said commenter will be given one warning. If the behaviors continue, that commenter will then be prohibited from posting comments in the future.
- Great Body & Skin is not responsible for the content of any comments posted by visitors or guests to www.greatbodyskin.com or any associated web pages. Responsibility for the content of comments belongs to the commenter alone.
- Self-promotion in comments is not allowed. Therefore, comments that contain a url are held in moderation and the url is removed before the comment is approved. If the same commenter comments a second time with its url in the comment, the commenter will receive a warning. The commenter will be banned te third time her/she comments with a self-promotion link. I do like to get to know the blogs of my commenters though, if any. If a blog owner comments at www.greatbodyskin.com, he/she has the opportunity to share its latest blog article by checking the ‘CommentLuv’ check box.
- Comments with links to external websites are held in moderation. If the url adds value to the comment and/or the article, the comment will be approved. If the url doesn’t add value to the comment and/or article, the url will be removed before the comment is approved. Url’s to websites that contain content that don’t comply with Great Body & Skin’s reason of existence, goals and/or values (such as quick weight loss websites) will be removed by all means. Regarding a warning and ban, the same policy as stated in 5. apply.
