Until last month: Amber was ready to open up about her secret and come clear about her struggle with alcohol addiction. In the (heroic!) video above she shares her full story.

Bravo Amber, you are a strong woman. I praise that Amber chose to be taboo-breaking on alcohol abuse, especially in her position as a supermodel. I can imagine opening up on her alcohol addiction in a public position as hers is incredibly scary. Amber’s video and come-out are so inspirational! I hope it inspires other women to open up about their addiction as well, seek professional help and – can’t do without – support from family and friends.
