Located at: Patio ST, 106-0045, Tokyo (adress in Japanese: 東京都港区麻布十番2-2-5), very close to Tokyo Metro Nanboku Line Azabu Jyuban station

Food & Drinks: breakfast, lunch, dinner. Vegetarian bakery and cafe. The bakery has vegan and gluten free options. The menu is versatile and suitable for all kind of diets.
Specialities: they change the main menu every season and the food is very authentic. I fell in love with their peanut dipping sauce – which they serve with veggies – and with their gluten free vegan muffin. During Christmas it’s a great place to dine and enjoy homey dishes.
Atmosphere: relaxed and very friendly. Great place to meet up with your girls for a coffee or have a romantic date on the patio.
Price: lunch sets between € 7-10,- Dinner € 4-10,-

Hotspot 2: Pure Cafe
Located at: Minami-aoyama, 5-5-21, Minatoku, Tokyo (same building as AVEDA, Japanese adress: 東京都港区南青山5-5-21)
Pure Cafe solely uses vegan products and most of them are organic.
Not-guilty pleasure: fig & rhubarb carob bar to sooth your sweet tooth
A healthy way to fill your stomach in between castings at Pure Café
Food & Drinks: sandwiches, soups, salads, desserts. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everythings is vegan and they use mostly organic products.
Specialities: they make their very own carob bars, which are so delicious. I really loved their Garden Salad with tahini dressing and Seasonal Vegetables. Their Grain Salad is a great filling lunch option.
Atmosphere: trendy, relaxed and easy. You can see busy office people, older ladies or even stay at home moms.
Price: desserts between € 3-5,-, lunch plate around € 8,-
Model proof? Definatly model proof with their light meal options and nutritious and healthy desserts.
Hotspot 3: Brown Rice
Located at: Green BLDG 1F, 5-1-17 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo
An ultimate meal at Brown Rice Tokyo: coming from local farmers, their dishes are besides vegan, also organic.
Food & Drinks: vegan, sugar free, organic, lunch, fresh juices
Specialities: one of the few places in the city where you can get a real organic vegan food. All ingredients are from local farmers and everything is carefully home made at the Brown Rice kitchen.
Atmosphere: really cozy and friendly place. Smoking is prohibited and they have a beautiful little terrace also where you can enjoy your meal.
Price: seasonal meal set around € 12,-, desserts € 3-4,-
Model proof? Most definately, but make sure not to enjoy the delicious dessert too often.
Hotspot 4: Sky High
Located at: Aoyama TN Bld., 2-3-4 Shibuya Shibuya-ku, Tokyo
Extremely healthy detox smoothies and juices at Sky High, for a great body and skin 😉
Food & Drinks: vegan, raw juice bar, smoothies.
Specialities: best place to get a big glass of fresh juice. My personal favorites are the Super Green Smoothie and Sky Berry.
Atmosphere: a small and trendy healthy juice bar. Really friendly and helpful staff.
Price: juices € 7,-, smoothies € 5-6,-
Model proof? 100% model proof. They have many cleansing and detox juices, which are great for your body and skin.
Hotspot 5: Island Veggie
Located at: 5-3-9 Hiroo, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo (東京都渋谷区広尾５－３－９)
Make sure you don’t skip this awesome macrobiotic, vegan, organic yoga place when you’re in Tokyo!
Food & Drinks: Hawaiian macrobiotic, vegetarian and vegan-friendly, organic, juices, acai bowls
Specialities: acai bowls are definately their speciality, but they also have many choices for vegan burger lovers. They also provide vegan breakfast until 11 a.m.
Atmosphere: easy and friendly. Good place to meet up with friends and hang out. They also have morning Yoga classes on second floor sometimes!
Price: acai bowls € 4.80/6.50, juices € 4.30/6.20
